Fixed a issue where the first note sometimes doesn't properly register and is always tracked as a miss.Added a link to the Kickstarter in the game's main menu (look…).New mixes for Empty Diary, Mirror, and Forever Now!.Revised beatmap issues present in several maps, notably Forever Now.New "Beginner" difficulty beatmaps have been made for every song, and all current levels have been shifted up (Old Beginner -> Easy, Easy -> Normal, Normal -> Hard, Hard -> UNBEATABLE).We've made some adjustments to ARCADE MIX to address some major bugs as well as bring in some fresh updates to both the game's sound and levels. Too much risk that they haven't shown they can be trusted with. I've liked this arcade mix demo enough that I would likely buy it once it comes out, but at this point I would definitely not give them money for the kickstarter. They have not yet acknowledged this on their KS or Twitter, several days later.
I must also again point out that the full demo is still not released, the team gave an update on Thursday that Episode 1 of white label would be out on Saturday, which did not happen. I would also appreciate a number counting down the remaining hits on the "just mash here during drum fills" guys, like what Taiko no Tatsujin does for balloon notes. Is there some signal for those that I'm missing somehow?Īlso, while I was able to pick up on how they are supposed to work on my own, I still feel that the tutorial doesn't do a great job explaining some of the later note gimmicks. Many times when the camera shifts from one side to the other, there are already notes completely past me that I am literally unable to get. I played through the first couple songs just fine, but then on Forever Now normal difficulty I feel like I must be missing something.
